16th Wedding Anniversary - August 24th

On Friday, August 24th marked our 16 wedding anniversary. Last year David and I wanted to start a new tradition by going to Roy's Hawaiian Restaurant in Newport Beach where we took our dearest daughter Emily with us to celebrate this day that God has given to us. This photo captures all the special gifts that were exchanged. What surprised me and gave me so much joy was Emily who spent all of her money to buy a tote bag from Vineyard Vines just for me. Why? She knew I liked that store, that I like preppy things, and I liked the bag!!! Thank you, deary!

Will Remember 15th Wedding Anniversary

Oh it's been a wonderful day today with the start of the morning  when Emily made us breakfast and gave us a super memorable card. Then David took us to Roys Restaurant for our 15th wedding anniversary. We thought this year would be so special to include Emily because she is now a big girl. Plus why not include our girl in our time of celebration. She is our joy and our love!!!

Our 15th Wedding Anniversary is Today

It's amazing how fast time is flying by. Today is our 15th wedding anniversary. It seems like we got married few years ago because the memory is so vivid! I still remember how I met David, how he courted me, and how through the ups and downs we are even closer and ONE. He is so my bestie...my BFF...my bestest of the bestest friend!
Emily surprised us this morning with the cutest card that she made along with breakfast which consisted of croissant, gouda cheese, jam, and coffee.

Tonight we're going to Roy's and taking Emily because our family is so complete with this beautiful daughter that God has given to us. She makes us so happy and completes us COMPLETELY! (that's a funny sentence but so so true).

Happy 15th Anniversary, my sweet husband! I love you very very much!!!
